5-Day Return Policy

You may return an item within 5 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened networking devices (unless defective)

  • Software licenses or codes
  • Sale/discounted items

Defective or Damaged Items

Warranty Claims

Most of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty (typically 6–12 months). Warranty covers defects, not physical or installation damage.
